Founder Timothy M. Prentiss II grew up in Shasta County and has spent his career in Northern California courtrooms, first as a public defender, then as a prosecutor, and now defending the people of the North State. That perspective, from both sides of the aisle, is the foundation of how we build every case.

Grew up in the North State; attended College of the Redwoods and CSU Chico (Political Science).
Cal Northern School of Law
Earned his Juris Doctorate; interned as a certified law student at the Shasta County Public Defender’s Office.
