Tim grew up in Shasta County, studied Political Science at CSU Chico, and earned his Juris Doctorate from Cal Northern School of Law. He interned at the Shasta County Public Defender’s Office, served as a Deputy Public Defender in Lassen County and at the Shasta County Public Defender, and later prosecuted serious cases in Siskiyou County before founding the firm. He has defended hundreds of clients and tried high-profile felony cases across the North State.
